V Channel EasyPay is a payment option that allows you to pay for the purchases on your credit card or debit card over a period of several months. We will quote the amount of the installments and we will take payment of the first installment, postage and packaging when you place your order. Your following installments will be charged to your card on our file every 30 days thereafter until the order is fully paid.

Please note:

If the credit or debit card used to pay EasyPay installments is lost, stolen, or cancelled, you must contact Customer Services: US: 1-888-887-3133, UK: 0845-843-0420 to update your account.

What happens if you miss a payment?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If we attempt to take a payment and your bank declines it. We will attempt to take payment again after original installment date. However, if your card is declined again after 30 days, we will add a £10 Monthly administration charge to your outstanding balance which will be payable immediately, along with your missed installments.

*Please note that as from 1st January 2016, the monthly administration charge will increase to £15.

If you have still not paid you overdue payments after 60 days. A debt collection agency will be instructed to recover these amounts from you who will add additional charges to the debt. Document and administration charges of 15% will be added when the agency is instructed to recover the debt. This charge will be increased to 29% if a doorstep collection is required. Failure to settle the account with the debt collection agency may result in legal action being taken against you and any legal fees and costs added to your debt.

My V Points are reward points which reward to you by your votes on our products, shows, hosts and rebate points defined solely by V Channel. My V Points are not redeemable for cash. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply return the item within 14 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price (excluding post and packing costs). Follow the instructions below:
1. Call: 1-888-887-3133 (US) or 08458340422 (UK) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number BEFORE sending your return otherwise we will not be able to process your return.
2. Repack the item in the original packing materials and box and be sure to include all parts and accessories. Important: Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund. Sales are final on auction items, any sized or altered items and on watches where the plastic covering has been removed.
3. Detach the bottom portion of this pack slip from the top portion, and enclose with your return. Please be sure to fill in all information on the bottom of this letter and attach with your pack slip including your reason for return otherwise you may experience a delay in processing. Save the top portion of the pack slip for your records.
4. To send your package, use the return order portion below. Write the RA number you received from Customer Service on the return order form and make sure it is included in the package.
5. You must ship the package at YOUR EXPENSE and insure it for its full value with "Delivery Confirmation" via Royal Mail to the address listed on your packing slip.
6. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.
7. Please allow us at least 21 business days to receive and process your request. Credits to a credit card may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles after processing.

Payments:

V Channel, MyVApp and Myvchannel.com accept US Dollars and British Pounds for payment. Your account credit and agreeable of My V Point amount, which solely define by V Channel system when check out, may apply to your order amount. And balance of your order is payable by using follow payment types:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
